旋转导弹电动舵机控制器超前补偿方法

摘要:
针对旋转导弹控制系统交联耦合问题,采用执行机构控制器前置动态补偿环节,指令端附加稳态解耦补偿矩阵的方法,削弱了由于执行机构延迟造成的通道间控制耦合。通过对舵机控制系统仿真建模及实验验证,计算出不同转速相角延迟情况,为动态补偿提供依据。基于工程需求,结合实际弹体气动参数解算不同旋转速度下交联耦合角度,在舵系统前端加入动态超前环节,为设计解耦控制器提供依据,并验证可行性。

Abstract:
For the coupling problem of rotary Missile control system, actuator controller uses dynamic pre-compensation link, attaches the steady decoupling compensation matrix to the instruction, weakening the control coupling due to the phase angle delay of the actuator. Through model simulation and experimental validation of the actuator control system, calculating the phase angle delay sat the different rates,provide the basis for dynamic compensation.Based on engineering requirements, combined with the actual missile aerodynamic parameters, calculated the cross-linking coupling angle of different rotational speeds,added advanced dynamic linking front of the actuatorcontroller, provided the basis for the design of decoupling controller, verified the feasibility.
